Fathala Wildlife Reserve (pronounced Fatala), is a 6000 hectare wide reserve in south-west Senegal. Home to a diverse range of bird life and rare wildlife, this protected forest allows visitors to experience the wild, uninterrupted fauna and flora in all its majesty. Day visitors can engage in activities such as guided game drive tours, lion walks through the bush and guided bird walks. Overnight guests stay in the romantic Fathala Luxury Tents and get to fish in the Mangroves or hosted aboard the Mangroves Sundowner Boat. The Village and Local Market are at your disposal for home going souvenirs and an experience of how the locals live and shop.
